They have extremely poor customer service and very rude staff. I lost my car key, and someone had turned it in to their office. I went to the office four times and asked if anyone had brought in a lost car key. Without properly checking, they told me four times that no one had turned it in. They wasted almost three hours of my time, only for me to finally find out that they had my key the whole time. On top of that, the staff were very rude and disrespectful. The charging every month even after I canceled my membership for over a year earned yall a 1 star.
Cooper at Chuze went above and beyond to set my new account up. He was friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate, and made the process easy. Best gym in Sacramento
This is my favorite gym I’ve ever worked out at. The employees are very kind and attentive. They make a point to learn people’s names. There is always someone cleaning the gym and all the equipment. The locker room is spotless and so are the showers
