I upgraded my membership specifically for the steam room (even though there's no pool), but it broke down after just a few weeks and still hasn't been fixed. Very frustrating.
The facility is always clean, everyone is very friendly and welcoming. It creates an environment that makes you want to come back even when you don’t want to workout. Amazing 10/10
Highly recommended. Very clean gym and amazing staff. Kids club is amazing as well if you have kids.
