Bella has provided the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My membership has been overcharging me for months and she provided no solutions on how to resolve this. She also said I have to come in person to sort it out. What an inconvenience.
The staff are always friendly and they keep the facility clean and in good repair.
Decent size, the sauna are individual boxes which limits you to 15 min. Hopefully a large one will be in the works to accommodate for longer times.
Great gym. Always clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Equipment, if broken down, is repaired quickly. No bad vibes in the gym. Just a nice, straightforward gym to get a good workout in. All the branches of this gym are great but Esco beats out Mission Valley. Hands down. ; ).
This one of the cleanest gyms I have ever been to. The staff is friendly. It's very quiet, no blasting music. There are plenty of machines and weights. Its a great neighborhood gym.
