Music is terrible. People can wear headphones if they want music. It's not a calm and peaceful place. Maybe people get overstimulated by music. You can't even read a book on the treadmill, the stupid music is constantly blasting and a lot of it is terrible music. Why can't they prioritize peace and luxury instead of cheap music that harms people's serenity? Shut the music off and stop making this a cheapo place with no taste. Have some class! I’ve been going to this gym for a couple of years, and after yesterday and today, I might cancel. Today, I got a shake, and those damn shakes are not cheap by the way, and they they ripped me off. They didn’t even fill the cup up. I told them it looks lower than usual. Her excuse was “oh well, that should actually be lower, but they sometimes give more.” It’s not consistent. The customer service sucks here. Maybe I’ll go to defined. Pay more for better treatment.

Very well kept and full of options gym. Only minor thing is the front desk, where several reps seem to just gather to chat without even greeting people coming in, even after having eye contact...
