We love Chuy's and are sad our local Sterling VA location is closing. You can still enjoy the Fairfax location though.
I've been a frequent customer of Chuy's since 2002 both at the original location in Austin and our local Chuy's locations in San Antonio TX. When we moved here in 2019 we were happy to see Chuy's was in Virginia, and has been our go to when feeling homesick for good ol plain TexMex, including takeout during the pandemic. Darden HAD BETTER find a new location for Chuy's fast!!!! Love when this place opened. My wife and I could never agree on a Mexican or Tex Mex place until these guys opened up in Sterling, VA. I love their appetizer sampler! Good happy hour as well. Great margaritas and frozen drinks as well!
