The food was alright, but service was horrible. My nephews food came out wrong and then it took almost 20 mins to get it back out. He is a 2 yr old toddler so having him wait that long to eat when everyone else is, is really sad. A kids cheeseburger shouldn’t take that long. When asking for to go containers we kept having to ask for more. She came back with a box and forgot something else. She also forgot his dessert. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, from the hostess (didn’t catch her name, but it’s the one who owns a Yorkie), our waiter Herson, and the manager Paul. They went above and beyond for us and our dog and we were very grateful. The food was ample and delicious, as were the virgin piña coladas! 👍
I use to enjoy the food and service. Often ordered delivery. Unfortunately every single delivery has resulted in missing items. Missing the sides, missing chips, missing tortillas. I really don’t understand how every order is always missing something. Every time I call to inform them, but the service doesn’t improve. I’ve decided I will no longer order or eat here. It’s for the best anyway, food is unhealthy.
