Host Labe had no customer service skills it was kind of comical. He acted like every customer was personally burdening him, and was extremely rude throughout the process of putting us on a wait for a table. I understand hosts have a hard job and the restaurant was busy, but I shouldn’t feel like i’m annoying the staff as soon as i walk in. Otherwise the food was good and our server was great, but the poor interaction we had as soon as we entered the restaurant definitely soured the experience.
Want quick service? No shot. Want good value for food? No shot don’t ever go to Chuy‘s.
