Chuy’s in longview used to be my favorite place to eat. But after not going for a while, we went in two days ago. They are still hiring young host girls who are barely good for anything except wanting to stare at their phone. We got seated and sat for 6 minutes with no help from a server. I realize it may only be 6 minutes, but they were not very busy at all. And we had 2 different waiters walk by who paid us no attention. Was a great quick stop while running errands. Waitress was amazing. Got our food quickly and it was hot!!
