Decent food and that's all the good I can say about this place. multiple complaints about cheating on the bill, and unfortunately I had that experience today. to top that with the rude service. this is a service industry people, if you don't know to treat others with respect and be honest with money, please don't be in this business.

I politely asked you if you want to order raita and you said yes. I told you very clearly that its a separate priced menu item. We are not in business of providing you a free food. Be aware.they will charge you for food you didn't order and then talk to you rudely for something they did wrong. they charged us for chicken soup we didn't order. they don't know to take an order and them charge the customer for it. They treated us, as if they were doing us a favour giving us food. pathetic and cheap behaviour..( not the staff, only the owner couple)

Thanks for your feedback. We are not in a business of giving free food. Raita does not come for free and its a separate price menu item. Raita only comes complimentary with Biryani. The owner becomes nice if he gives you a free food. We do not charge anything you didn't order. I have no comment if you tell this as cheap behavior. We treat everyone same. RecommendedIf u could give this place 10 out of 5 stars, I would do that twice. Honestly one of the best dining experiences I've had anywhere in the world. Biggest part of this is attributed to the amazingly hard-working and considerate owner. Despite having multiple tables to check up on, he made us feel like we were the only ones in the house, fully explaining the menu in detail, even down to cooking styles and ingredient sources. Over priced. They charged $20 for the weekend buffet where food was not good ( biriyani did not have meat, gravy only had gravy with very less amount of meat)They charged $2 per drinks

Hi Sabira I wanted to set some records straight. The buffet price was not for our usual weekend buffet. This was a custom buffet spread arranged SPECIALLY for your group after discussions with your organizer. The event was during hours that we don’t operate usually, so that further escalated costs for us in terms of planning and putting everything out for you all. if you are new to Indian cuisine, try the buffet so you can see a variety. and order the cauliflower garlic. you wont be disappointed. good food and clean
Enjoyed a fine buffet meal at Chutneys Indian Cuisine celebrating the Onam festival. Brought back memories of my growing up in Kerala! The spread of food was luxurious and authentic, and enough in variety and fulness of taste to qualify as a feast. The food at Chutneys is the best in the city on any given day, but today they outdid themselves!
