This is a great community to live as I have lived here for 5 years and have meet lots of nice people and have had great experience with the management team they are very positive and helpful with everything and take good care of Churn Creek Village apartments and I also love having a pool to use in the summer time as its so hot in Redding.
I knew someone who lived here many years ago and I thought the apartment was very nice and the property seamed to be safe and the neighborhood clean.
Terrible experience living there. The management is inexperienced and the whole place is filled with wacko nosy neighbors that gossip behind your back. Completely unprofessional and I’d recommend against staying here.
I think it’s disgusting to talk about other tenants in front of their doors. saw a whole group of people huddled up in front of one unit
