This is the best dentist in town for my children. I have three children that go here and the doctors are so considerate and gentle with them. They get the work done promptly and it is never a runaround when it comes to scheduling. They never miss a cleaning they never miss an appointment for us. If my children need emergency work they get us in right away to get it handled. We have been using them for dental for well over a year now if not two or three and before that the other dentist in town always sent us to UC Davis. We ... read more
I'm absolutely disgusted to watch over the last 6 months while my mother in law is left with no teeth waiting for dentures that she has been told more than 10 times she would recieve in a timely manner. Canceled appointments, one after another, always an excuse, latest one was the box that was supposed to contain her dentures arrived empty. I'll be filing a formal complaint with medi-cal for malpractice at this point.
Everyone in the office was super nice and I understood everything that the dentist was telling me she made it very clear to understand. And she was very polite and she answered all my questions I cannot wait for my next appointment
What a joke !! I get text for 3 weeks reminding .e about an appt I had at this place then the day before my appt I get a request to reply y or n ..so I click " y". The next day was my appointment I showed up on time and was told my dentist was sick and then inform me that I would have to reschedule. So this morning I get up and I read a text telling me you missed your appointment yesterday and if you miss one more you won't be eligible to come and see us for 6 months HAHA!!
