I’ve gone to two recent appts with my adult daughter to receive her Vivitrol injection. This medicine is an injection that requires the mixing of a solution with a vial of powder. The first time, the “nurse” mixed the two medicines leaving most of powder in the vial and went to inject it. I stopped her to bring to her attention she did not get it mixed correctly, leaving almost all powder behind.
