My problem is simple our property borders and many times in the past residents and contractors have walked 50 yards past dumpster to through garbage, railroad ties from the playground over a 4' fence on to my property plus a ton of garbage IV lived here 30 years and only 1 man Jim would make things right and I thank him for that.also my late Grandmother passed we cleaned thoroughly and hired professionals but they didn't want to give us security deposit back,they say it needs painting well the apt.
