Food was good and service was good and nice
The food is good, but the pace of serving to customers needs to change. Not this location but the franchise itself. Very slow and like to make food fresh and cannot keep up with the demand. I’ve been to 3 locations and have had the experience at all 3 unfortunately. The chain needs to change its strategy on how to keep up with its demand during certain peak hours (ie additional cooks, more chicken on frier, etc)
