All the other chicken places like bushes Popeyes offer sales including white meat. Church's only only seems to offer specials on dark meat and that's total turn off! So there for Church's lost my business for ever!!
Let me state from the start that I am in the restaurant business and I am giving a little grace in that light. I just left the location on Two Notch Rd , Columbia South Carolina where I was told I not only had to wait 30 minutes for ANYTHING AT ALL, but also about a policy that doesn't allow employees to drop chicken, paid for or not, after 9 pm because they close at 10 pm. I went through the drive -thru at Church's Restaurant # 10798 13955 E. Sam Houston Parkway North Houston, TX 77044 after work on April 9, 2026 once I got home I realized my order was wrong and didn't want to drive back to the store. I called the store and the manager couldn't speak nor did she understand English, so she put someone else on the phone. I explained to the young man that my order was incorrect and I didn't live close, but could come by tomorrow during my lunch break since the store was close to my job. They refu... read more
Called to complain about a store and they promised a refund 3 weeks later still no refund.
