I went inside to order and was informed that I needed to wait 10 minutes for the chicken to be ready. However, when the chicken finally came out, three cars in the drive-thru received it instead, and I am still waiting. The staff is completely ignoring me.

REFRIED CHICKEN SELLERS AVOID AT ALL COST. THEY REDO THE UPPER COATING AND TELL YOU ITS FRESH. ATTACHING PICTURES FOR THESE LIARS. THE GIRL WORKING ON 30-08-2026 NIGHT 10PM TALKS RUDE AND MAKES UP STORIES WHEN SHE KNOWS SHE IS WRONG. I'm a regular customer, they have done this in past so every time I come in I ask them to cook me fresh pieces and I happy to wait 20 mins. But multiple times they have said it already in the fryer it's fresh and serve you REFRIED chicken.
There is no way this place is a 4.1 Star rating. I guarantee most of these 5 stars are lies. THE QUALITY & PORTION SIZE HAS DWINDLED!
