I went for lunch at around 3 pm today I really appreciate the lady at front with blonde hair she was handling all by herself in a busy schedule will visit again soon Thankyou
The service was very poor. The Thai lady who assisted me was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was dismissive, lacked basic courtesy, and made the experience unpleasant. I would expect much better customer service.
The chicken burger just came with lettuce, no mayo and definitely overcooked. The apple pie was stale like it was at least a day old. The Orange Fanta was basically water with a hint of orange. I will not be coming back here. Waited almost half hour for my simple order with no acknowledgment.
It doesn't matter if you order online or in person....they will mess up order. It's either a item is missing, food is cold. I just did a doordash order and they forgot ALL 3 DRINKS!!! Called the actual store and got a whishy washy response from a person who clearly didn't want to be bothered. Horrible store
