I guess condiments, napkins, a fork, and good customer service is too much to ask for when you are paying your money. I ordered a corn and mashed potatoes and I guess I am supposed to eat it with my fingers.
Every single time I come they are super rude. They always get my order wrong and give attitude when I address the problem. I don’t understand the need to be so rude to the customers. Every now and then it’s understandable to have a bad day or moment but EVERY single interaction I’ve had has not been nice. Especially Holly and the older mexican lady and the younger black woman. The only reason I go back is because my daughter is autistic and loves their food. If it wasn’t for her I would never return here.
Ronaldo treated me like garbage. I picked up my order and filled the survey and he chose to say it's not my receipt and treated me like garbage. Gave me looks like if I'm literal garbage. If you are black even if you're mixed RONALDO will treat you like shit.
Horrible customer service. If you dont speak Spanish they could careless to talk to you. Refrying obviously old chicken right in front of us. Placed a mobile order why I was 3 cities away. Did this because I was seriously in a time crunch and needed to feed the family. Just to arrive there after 25 mins for them to have the order up on their order board but not prepare it at all and I was told I would have to wait then told verbally they didnt prepare it.
