The lady that took my order and gave me my order was nice, but man whoever was cooking the chicken messed up bad. It was fresh, but buddy had to miss a step with preparing the chicken cause boi, no flavor at all. Literally just fried chicken no seasoning. My dogs enjoyed it though.

I Used app to place orders upon arrival after 5pm each time. 1st day - no tenders, drinks limited 2nd day -no wings - was told sauce only for wings, so I asked for a side of the sauce 3 day - no bone less wings - was told hot honey lemon pepper sauce cant be put on tenders or 2 pieces. Worker pretended to add sauce , when I explained its not my fault the app is promoting what your store isn't selling

I ordered a 16-piece chicken meal, but the service was absolutely unacceptable. They served multiple customers who came after me and acted like they didn’t even realize they had skipped my order. After waiting for almost an hour, they asked me a nonsense question about having “prepared 8 pieces,” even though I literally watched them bring out two full trays of freshly fried chicken. That was just ridiculous. Very poor management, zero communication, and no respect for customers’ time.☹️
