Slow had nothing to fix charged too much
Old chicken and okra was super cold
I placed an online order one hour prior to my scheduled pick-up time. I arrive to pick up my order only for them to say that not only was it not ready... but they had not received ANY order for that time or by my name. Furthermore, I was unable to cancel with them, and was told that I must wait for the status to show "Not Picked Up" for my card to be refunded! Pitiful excuse for a business and customer service! But I promise, this will never happen again... not to me!!!
