Just actually pulled off from the store got a 5 dollar box requested for coleslaw and mash potatoes. Get to the window and the manager decides she’s going to tell me she has no more of the sides I requested. I see her put the last two mash potatoes in bag and leaves out the door. Last time coming here use to be my favorite place. Until this new manager! Unprofessional
The customer service was good for the area. The guys that took my order were courteous. I haven't had Church's in YEARS... the food was fresh, but for the first time, I realized that the chicken isn't really seasoned. I got the fried okra as a side (it used to be one of my favorites at Church's) it was good. Overall, customer service was good, food was fresh, and my order was right.

Terrible customer service. Cussed out for doing this review. Chicken dry okra cold. Manager dark skinned dreaded unprofessional yelling extremely loud. Terrible experience never come here. Never PUBLIC. Never come here.
