Based of the reviews of this place and my past experiences I was quite shocked I may not live in Columbia sc but they must have changed the staff or something,the wait was no more than 12 minutes food was fresh and hot and way better service then what I was used to.
Some times the food is hot and fresh. Don't come as often anymore because lately food was not fresh or missing something. So decided to stop get ma something and nobody answered the drive thru so went to go inside this u no what looked right at me and she walked to the back. Door lock during business hours then I looked up no chicken ready....shameful and then close before 7pm. Too bad won't let u take post of picture.🤨

I’m giving one star because this franchise/ establishment is lacks leadership and the experience here at this location is unacceptable. Every time I come here .. their is something they don’t have .. I just paid for a $5 chicken box No peppers No biscuit.. I’ve worked in Food Service for over 25 years and this location needs Major intervention from corporate.. I’m not coming here again Honestly give me the reins I can turn this establishment around, full 360
