Iwas elated to find a Churches across the street from my residence. I just spent $38+ for a family meal. It was dry and hard, and my family could not eat it! I tried to give it to my dogs, but they didn't want it either. I tried calling, but no one ever answers the phone at the Rainbow location. They have young workers, but no "Stern" Supervision! First and last time wasting my money at this place. Chicken and tenders smelled like they were cooked in old oil. No flavor at all and was very bland and the chicken I ordered was supposedly spicy. Fries were cold and mash’s gravy looked like melted wax it had a weird film on top of it. The self serve soda machine had the wrong syrup. I went to get coke and it was Dr.Pepper. Only positive thing was the worker that took our order was friendly and helpful.
James has great customer service. I always get my fried chicken here coz it’s always fresh!
This is our spot when we have a fast food craving. Their fried chicken is definitely one of the best in town. Great employees, great food, and the best service. We were very impressed with the store manager and how he interacted with his staff and his customers. He is very welcoming and friendly. You can tell that he truly cares about his customers.
