had a very unpleasant experience at Chicken church this location . The night 09/09/2026 The guy handling orders was rude for no reason. I was treated differently compared to other customers. While serving people who came after me, I was told to wait in the back. When I returned to the window, I was spoken to rudely and the window was shut. This kind of treatment is not acceptable. I hope for better service for both myself and all customers. Last time to buy there
I’ve had church’s before in a different location and this one is by far the worst one. This place has 1 speed super slow . Chicken, mashed potatoes & coleslaw not the same.

Just left on 9/8/26 , business hours says open at 10am with inside opening at 11am. I was there at 10:30 and not an employee in sight, no one was answering the drive thru and I saw several cars pull up, wait and leave. I drove around to the back and the back door was wide opened and you could smell the chicken frying. I drove back to the drive thru line and 2 cars were ahead of me. Go to any location but this one. The workers are shady and they ignore any form responsible customer service (such as refunds or informing that items are sold out). The location is a franchise and corporate is unable to help with customer service issues. I'm sure the chicken is fine (never had it because it was sold out both times). Definitely a poor management issue that can't refresh their supplies in a timely way, allows poor customer service, and steals from customers.
