They were out of certain food and had no change in register
Good chicken, everyone was on their personal phone. Nice enough but definitely distracted.
The drive thru manger was absolutely horrible. She was rude on the intercom and didnt even tell us the price for our food. Wasn't friendly at all.
Church's on 280 bypass is a no go. They never have spicy chicken and have messed up my orders about 3 times. I do like Church's chicken just not this location. Drive to 1805 Hamilton road, they have better chicken and service. I would give them 4 to 4.5 stars.
