Went to get the special 5pc dine it for 2 at $ 9.99 which is 5pc 2 biscuits, 2 sides i asked for mash and coleslaw and added 2 jalapenos, didn't bother to check my order since I was the only one there, when I got home I didn't have the biscuits nor the jalapeños nor the coleslaw. They shouldn't have made the pionts app if it was gonna be to much work for them to scanned it
I came at 9:30 and they arent open. Their hours of operation says they open at 9am, their sign says its open even states the times of operation. I go in and they tell me they arent open until 10am. One customer took down 1 sign stating hours of operation while left other one still up on door still. False advertising and statement and motives. I can already see why it has a bad reviews to begin with. Poor management leads to false promises.
Definitely going back to this specific location.Great service.Attentive ladies. Plus, they keep their location clean.Atleast it was clean when we went this past Sunday!
