Need better customer service. Chicken has not been golden in color it is a dark brown.

I had a welcome reward that I wanted to redeem, but the employee helping me did not know how to navigate the system to apply it. Unfortunately, none of the other employees seemed to know how to do it either, and the manager who might have helped was away from the register. It took about 8 minutes just trying to figure out how to redeem the reward. Meanwhile, the drive-thru orders were continuing to move along while I was still waiting.
