Horrible give you cold nasty ass chicken
Bought 8 Piece chicken meal, large okra, mash potatoes with gravy. Asked for both to be cooked fresh. Paid $39 plus change. Get home, Chicken hard, okra soggy. After I get off work, I go back to Churches to get the chicken and okra replaced. I did not ask for money back. They refuse to do either but advised me to call the corporate office. Police were called but this is a civil matter and did not dispatch. An Attorney was called, currently waiting on a call back. I refuse to let this matter go under the rug. This church's chicken manager and associates makes up the rules as the go. Where does it say I can't use my free receipt. Can someone call me to talk about the rules? One free chicken once a month. But on the receipt it says once a day.
