Somehow, a chicken neck was fried onto the breast. The chicken had been under the warming light so long that I was afraid I was going to chip a tooth. Church's product has taken a huge plunge from the crispy, juicy fried chicken of the past. Sad!

Absolute worst experience at a fast food establishment I’ve ever experienced. I pull up to the speaker and immediately hear “pull up to the window” and I thought that was strange so I said “do you want me to pull up to the window?” And she rudely goes I do! Okay… so I pulled around. There’s 2 cars in front of me. I sit for a few moments and decide to go in instead because they were just paying and pulling up until food was brought out to them. Customer service is a 0/10. My fiance and I were told to pull around at 9:30, and was told it would be a 20 minute wait. Once we pull around the same lady who told her refused to open the windows and said "ee close at 10" it was now 10:08. Again, we understand that but the worker who guided us and allowed us to put our order in and wait when we could've had dinner sooner didn't even have the decency to come and talk to us. The kitchen cook came out and spoke to us with "why" that happened.
