I was incredibly frustrated with my drive through experience. I asked for the 10 piece tender family meal, and after multiple attempts to get the correct order information communicated I thought we had finally got it. Paid for my meal only to find that I had instead been charged for the 15 piece meal. I was unpleasantly surprised, but it was late so I just rolled with it. Sucursal de pollo Church en Tyler Texas. Le doy 4 estrellas porque los tenders spicy estaban deliciosos! Así como el puré de papa y los biskets no tienen pierde. El mismo sabor que nos encanta de siempre. Esta sucursal está ubicada dentro de una gasolinera, por lo que es pequeña y comparte los baños con la gasolinera (no tiene cambiador de pañales). Pero tiene mesas y sillas suficientes como para 8 familias pequeñas. El personal fue amable, aunque se equivocaron en un pedido lo solucionaron. También nos limitaron el catsup. ... read more

Last two times I have ordered everything was in the bags and the food was hot and fresh. The people are nice and pleasant.

Will never be back workers had a horrible attitude ordered a chicken sandwich came out with the flattest piece of chicken I’ve ever seen undercooked there was more mayo on that sandwich than chicken and then gave me fries instead of mashed potatoes I ordered this wasn’t my first bad experience here but it dang sure was the last one
