Worst service ever the GM Quay is rude!!! I will never return to this location!! My order was wrong and nobody offered to fix it and no refunds!!
I had a very disappointing experience at this Church’s Chicken. The customer service was poor, and on top of that, there were roaches visibly crawling on the walls near the food area. When I addressed this with the cashier, she barely reacted, said ‘oh,’ and went back to playing on her phone. No urgency, no concern, no apology. This was extremely unsanitary and unprofessional. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to anyone.
We enjoyed the food
Not sure why as im walking to at 4:50pm employeea lady is walking out locking the restaurant doors behind 🤔 her, I asked you guys closed she says what i believe was yes but she kept walking off! Its always something going on at this location 🙄 go ahead and shut it down and do some retraining etc. The staff always look unkept/ clean in their uniforms the level of unprofessionalism is wild this is my last time coming here.
