Bathroom was very dirty, no soap or hadmnd sanitizer even though we let them know it needed to be refilled. (It wasn't busy)

I ordered a large fries and was given a small. On top of that, the service was unbelievably rude. I placed my order online for pickup, arrived 15 minutes late, and my food was already on the counter. While I stood in the pickup line, the customer next to me wasn’t even ready to order and took 5 minutes deciding. There was only one cashier, and instead of helping me quickly pick up my food, he completely ignored me.
