I do my orders online always, in this restaurant I don't recommend to do it, probably there is not manager in there, always something is missing or the food is not reset and i have to wait for my order, the service is disgusting, the staff are playing around, in a nice conversation and you wait for your food, there is not manager or supervisor there
My wife placed an order today for a family meal from Church's Texas Chicken in Round Rock, TX, and the order was delivered incomplete with no sides included. We called the store several times back-to-back trying to get the issue resolved, but the phone just kept ringing until it eventually went to a busy signal and disconnected.
