Horrible customer service! How are you mad I want to order some chicken? Then to do all that deep breathing and sighing when i place my order, ugh, just go home. So rude, so unprofessional. The name on the receipt is Theofilo, but im not sure if thats who the rude lady was. She was young with the red hair. Talk to your employees about not being so nasty to the consumers.
Ordered family meal for pick-up, paid EXTRA for fried okra.....DIDN'T EVEN GET IT!! Contacted online support multiple times, website report just says "processing" forever and never goes through. We won't be back.
