Not that good
Was supposed to get a phone call from the store manager the next day, they did not call, I did an online order $50 in chicken strips, they did not give me my mashed potatoes, I get home noticed their egregious Error, called them to let them know, they said come on back, I said no, it's rush hour, they screwed up. They then tell me that the store manager is in tomorrow, we'll have her call you, did I get a Call, NO!!!!
Easy and quick place to get good food
This place is a nightmare. I was so excited to come in today because I saw the facebook Ad for the Smokehouse chicken. I came through drive through and had to repeat my order 3 times while I could hear the cashier laughing and talking to someone before I was ignored. I pulled up to drive through and the cashier said she could not hear me. I reordered and was told they couldnt get me the smokehouse unless I was willing to wait 25 mins then I tried to pay with phone tap but it was not working and was advised it would not work ... read more
Went to the drive thru. Part of my order was a small fries. The guy working was about the laziest person I’ve seen ! He literally put 7 French fries in the bag !! It looked like it pained him to even have to do that. Then the chicken was nasty ! Looked and tasted like it had been made the day before . Will NEVER spend my money there again . What happened to service and good food man ?
