The lady at the front desk was very courteous…. Just like customer service should be….. went post lunch hours so the place was empty and cleaning was going on…. There was a delay for wings and she was nice to keep me posted…
Edit: I don't believe it. It's in the same place as the old Church's, but the experience was TOTALLY different. I specifically charged my phone up expecting to have to wait 20-30 minutes, but no, maybe 90 seconds this time. For a family dinner package, that's not bad at all. The store looked better than it has in years, and they were fully manned. That's a major turn-around from how it used to be. Amazing SLOOOOOOOWWW . . . They are trying their best and i know we all can't be perfect. They make your food fresh
We are wait 1 hour to get our food
My boyfriend waited in line for about 20 minutes, bring food home. The chicken was overcooked, wasn't even really that good or near worth the $25 he spent. Kinda disappointed, very doubtful we'll be back.
