We travel all over Texas for work, and we’ve always enjoyed Church’s Chicken. But this was easily one of the dirtiest fast-food locations we’ve ever visited. The staff wasn’t very friendly, and while everyone has bad days, good customer service and a clean restaurant should still be the standard. When I brought up how long I was waiting for already ( casual ) to the cashier they proceeded to make me wait 43 min in total for a 10 piece smh . Just gave the food away 🤦♂️
I was there on Tuesday 06.16.26 around 6pm. The food was good, the atmosphere was fine, and the service itself was not the problem. The two ladies working there did an outstanding job and were clearly putting in more effort than should reasonably be expected. They stayed professional, kept things moving, and handled customers well. The issue is management. En el día de hoy en la tarde estuve en la tienda y tuve que esperar mucho tiempo al final mi comida estuvo fría mal elaborada y no me dieron la orden completa y la atención al cliente estuvo muy mala
