Terrible customer service and honesty issues. I ordered spicy tenders around 9:00 PM, well before closing time (they close at 11). The shift leader, who referred to herself as the “manager,” clearly did not want to make them and initially blamed it on prep time. She told us the spicy tenders take “12 hours to marinate,” which made no sense for a fast-food restaurant that sells them daily. When we picked up the order, no one mentioned anything was different. This location needs alot of help on customer service which includes management. They are rude. Management is not worried about of customer is satisfied or not. Eager to give refund with no hesitation or attempt to make things right. They are not worried if they make sales or not. Employess all just having fun and laughing instead of taking care of there customer. I am n ot sure if this location is franchise or corporate, but whom ever owns this location is not making money.
