Terrible customer service. They move at their own pace and don't respect people's time. It's called fast food for a reason.
They will literally refry chicken in your face and lie saying they didn't if you ask. There service sucks and they old ass chicken do too. I WILL NEVER GO BACK
This place is horrible with deliveries they say they delivered and handed u your food when they didn't then when trying to call the number is non working this has happened several times I pay all this money to have my food delivered and yet instill in never gets delivered and I never get compensated.... horrible business poor customer service
