I visited this store on on 9/9 & 9/11 and the manager & the employees do not understand English. Wednesday I placed an order via app and specifically ordered 2 meals upon arrival they only gave me one order and had to wait an additional 5 minutes. Today (9/11) I ordered a 5 pc Tender meal no fries with jalepeno bombers I repeated my order through the speaker twice and another time when I arrived to the window. Guess what still received fries. The place need a little attention
I used to love Church’s Chicken. My heart was broken when I opened up the “macaroni and cheese” that I ordered. It looks like cheese soup with lumps. It tastes like the styrofoam container that it came in. So gross and disappointing. I am not going back.
