Employees didn’t even think to start my mobile order until twenty minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Customer support for a refund is AI-generated and unhelpful. I was excited for fried chicken when I haven’t been to Church’s in years but good to know they’ve cut labor and started slinging slop.
Service is beyond bad. Wouldn’t let me pick-up my order through drive thru although I told them I can’t get out while in uniform.
WARNING: #1 There is no way in the world this place is using Churchs recipe. If you are a real Churchs chicken customer then you will know the difference. This was my first visit to this location. Upon pulling up to the speaker they ask you to pull up to the pick-up window to order. Waited 20 minutes. If I could give it a zero I would. My family and I drove around the drive thru 3 times and never received service. The drive thru window was open so we asked the gentleman cooking were they open and he said," yes the drive thru!" We sat there and watched the young lady step out of her car and put the headset on amd tell us to hold....5 mins pass nothing.
