The Staff is always so kind.
I came to get a family meal and asked for a large fry. I got the family meal but not the $5.00 fries I was very specific when I asked for them. The young lady at the drive thru was making jokes about how they never hear her when she asks for things. I was asked to pull down and still didn't get what I asked for. She got to my car and asked did I have okra and I told her no that I had fries, mashed potatoes and slaw. This girl gave me my food like everything was actually in the bag. Love the one on cottage Hill. If the man there the food is always hot and fresh when he works. I know he has like a beard and he's African American. Everyone else is okay they are not a friendly as him
Overcharged for 6 chicken wings. 18.00 and told me I ordered white meat chicken wings. I asked what other kind are their? She said dark meat wings. I said show them to me. We don’t have any was her reply. To top it off my orka was Luke warm. The week before I waited over 10 minutes to order and they never asked me anything. Pulled up to the window and they didn’t come to it. This has be n my go to chicken place but ended yesterday.
