It’s August 16, 2026 and whoever the fry cook was at this particular location in Marrero on expressway was on his game. He know what he doing. I can tell that he was stirring his batter mix when he drop his chicken, very flavorful. Someone needs to find out his name. He’s working a night shift. I came there around 7:30 PM. Man need a raise or something just to keep him around.
The chicken walks around in the parking lot! The food is good! And the staff is friendly!

If you're a person who loves to gamble.. this is the place you, especially after 7pm. Sometimes the food is awful and the service is good or vice versa. Sometimes both suck or you may get lucky and get great service and great food. 🤷♂️ Also, if you can't spare 40 minutes out of your evening to wait on some fried chicken, don't go here
