This nasty location is open and the whole city on a boil order. They're using contaminated waterbto make food and clean dish. Without properly boiling water first. As well as no one has washed there hands or wearing gloves. One worker touch the trash can with cooking utensils and still use it to cook food. Even after I said you touched the trash with that utensil. She looked at me and kept kept cooking.
