I took a 8 min drive to this location from the location on greens road. This listing accepted the coupon and processed the order without concern and had me on my way in less than 12 min. Secret shoppers needed to be heavily reinforced. Terminate the staff on greens rd and replace them with ppl that want a customer service job.

The chicken was seasoned very well. The okra was freshly cooked and it was good.

My job is located right across the street from this place,,The manager that used to be there,,the chicken was always hot and fresh now that there is a new manager the chicken is dried up and very hard meaning they are using the same chicken from yesterday and refrying it,,I came in there about 12 noon so the chicken should not have been so dried up and very hard this is the second time I had this experience and my coworkers are saying the same thing,, that's a wrapped for me, they will never get my money again!!!

I'm very disappointed with this location because they were very unprofessional with the way they handled the problem with my order that I put online. They didn't took their time to investigate the problem. This never happened to me until yesterday.
