Worst customer service. Went to pick up my order since I did a mobile order and first they said they didn't have any order for me and then they said someone else picked it up. The audacity of them to blame me for their carelessness showed my email from my receipt and everything. Who else would be picking up an order under my name. They were just lying
Just got a drive-thru order from this location. I ask them to put the lemon pepper seasoning on the chicken. I get home no "lemon pepper" seasoning. It's my fault I should of check the order before I left from there. It just piss me off cause you have 6 employees just standing there in the front area to make the order. Then, none of the 7 employees didn't put any seasoning on the chicken. So, I'm pissed off cause the seasoning makes a difference. I want be going back to this location.
