The lady taking my order was rude, rushing me and walked away to let somebody to take my order
We ordered on the app at the counter because they have a large sign offering free chicken if you order online. 10 minutes later I asked about my wife's dinner and the young lady said we needed to ask for our food, it had been sitting in a hot box for who knows how long. Because it had taken so long I decided to order the 'free' chicken. Wherein I was told that the chicken was not free, you were required to make a purchase.
