I order a 10pc with two large sides I ask for my chicken to be cooked fresh they must have refried some old chicken it was so dry and old I love church’s because it’s juicy yesterday I got the total opposite on yesterday day 7/24/26 tried calling no answer this is the second time I have went there and chicken is nasty I thought this time asking for it to be fresh would help and it didn’t I’m calling the health department they serving old chicken to people

Came in to try the smokehouse chicken.I should have left when the young lady said it would be fifteen minutes. Being it's Saturday and I didn't have to be anywhere. I decided to wait. I was feeling a bit fainty sinceIhadn'teatenbreakfast. This wasn't it. It should have been called burnt house chicken. I ate it in spite of it being burnt and dried out. This was a miss for me. Place is clean, counter help very friendly and welcoming. Food was a no.
They treat you very unprofessional and they always forget something in your order. If you don’t check your bag before you leave you’ll regret it. Specially in church #4490 in Houston. They even put a personal phone number in the receipt so when you call them they don’t answer.
I like to get my Chicken there but restroom not working 🥴
