This place has a $19.99 special with pc chicken that my family enjoyed for dinner along with a family size okra. Been enjoying their fried okra for years!
Drive through service seemed put off.
Nice new building. Pathetic service. We ordered online through churches chicken on 8/30. Or confirmation code went through everything processed perfectly fine. I get to the window (at 9:47 after waiting 25 minutes) they tell me they do not have my order that it never came through. No big deal. I ask for a refund. They say they can not do that thay I have to go online. On the website it literally says all refunds come from the store and this is outlined in their policy.
