First came in and the customer service was good, when I started asking for extra is when the shift leader started getting rude. I asked for one sauce for two pieces of chicken and she told me the sauce was for tenders BUT they didn't have any tenders in the restaurant!! I stated I have never heard of that and that's when she started getting smart with me. I will be contacting upper management because she has to go!!!
Always be prepared for a long wait... Friendly customer service should not be expected at this "establishment." I once waited in drive-thru for over 35 minutes to get to the window to be told that they were OUT OF CHICKEN. It wasn't even near closing time. I spoke with the owner, "Greg"and he stated that he'd send me a coupon for a free family meal, but I never received it.
