When I placed my order while waiting for my order, we observed an employee vaping, manager noted he saw on camera after reported to him, the young lady taking my order, had long hair was down her back that was not under a cap or in a hair net, she was observed running her hands 2 times through hair, did not wash hands, no gloves on to serve food.
