Never again. The church's off pawnee and Broadway is gross! I ordered some okra(thank goodness thats all I wasted my money on). I drove off and when I reached in the bag, my okra was below the temperature(I could tell it was old). It had my car stinking and it was all greasy and stuck together. It shouldn't have been sold. For the Churchs to have only come back not too long ago, their chicken is gross now, the food is bad and they should go out of business and just close down.

Online ordering lead me to realize they have no customer service whatsoever. Rude, and condescending. I've worked fast food before would never treat a customer the way I was treated. The manger needs to be fired he is very aggressive he might honestly start a fight one of these days. If you're looking to get treated like dirt definitely come here. Lost a customer. Hopefully I'll get my refund for food I didn't receive.

I didn't think to leave a review so I took the pictures after I cleaned up the mess. Wait time wasn't too bad but they gave me a box of tenders and did not strain the grease from the chicken. Almost like they poured some in the box. It got all over my dash and the lids of the sides were full of it. It soaked a bit into the biscuit box (other box pic) as well. I kinda like the chicken over here, but the service seems worse and worse. The first time i been there they still good and make everything fast, but in 6 month recently when i ordered i always get my order late maybe 2-3 times like that. And 2 times when i drove to drive-thru to order on the night time. Once i got wait for like nearly 10 min without reason, they just told me wait for them and no answer back. Second when i did the payment and they said cash only because the card payment’s system shut down …

Running a special right now on their 2 piece, biscuit and a pepper $3.75 total. Hadn't been there for a awhile nice new clean store and friendly staff. Not a bad for the price chicken was steaming hot and very crispy.
