Tonight I utilized the drive-thru to order a 3pc tender combo. The woman taking my order, Jayden, was rude, combative, and argumentative over every choice for the meal. And after stressing multiple times to make the okra crispy, they did not. Also, I specified repeatedly that I wanted white gravy both on my mash potatoes AND for dipping.
